Our convenient postal service allows you to have your watch expertly serviced without leaving home. By sending your timepiece to our state-of-the-art service centre, you’ll receive professional care from skilled technicians trusted by leading luxury watch brands.
Getting started is easy. Simply fill out our online form, and one of our experienced watchmakers will contact you within 48 hours. Final pricing is confirmed after a full inspection, and no work will proceed without your approval. A £35 admin fee applies if you choose not to continue with the service after the initial assessment.
Postal Watch Servicing – How Does it Work?
Send your watch to us via shipping of your choice (we’d recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery) and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your watch arrives safely at our service centre, we’ll confirm receipt and keep you updated on the repair process every step of the way.
Important Note: Please do not include original cases or boxes when sending your watch.

1. Contact Our Team
Complete our online Watch Repair Form to receive contact from our expert team within 48 hours providing instructions on how to safely package your watch to send to us.

2. Estimate is Confirmed
Once we receive your watch, we’ll carry out a physical assessment to ensure its condition is as described and confirm your repair estimate.

3. The Service is Carried Out
The service to the watch is then carried out by our master watchmaker.

4. Settle The Invoice, Prior to Return
Once the repair is complete, we’ll send you through your invoice. This will accurately reflect your originally quoted price.

5. Your Watch is Safely Returned
Once the invoice is settled after the completed service, your watch is safely returned to you.

Yes, so long as you ensure to package the watch securely. We provide helpful instructions on how best to prepare your watch for transport to our workshop and recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. This delivery type is tracked and insured, offering peace of mind throughout the process. There are varying levels of insurance offered, at difference costs to yourself. Seek advice at the post office to ensure your insurance value covers your watch’s value.
