A £35 admin fee would apply for the return of your watch, should you choose not to proceed with the repair at this stage.
Postal Watch Repair – How Does it Work?
Send your watch to us via shipping of your choice (we’d recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery), and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your watch arrives safely at our service centre, we’ll confirm receipt and keep you updated on the repair process every step of the way.

3. The Repair is Carried Out
Once we receive your watch, we’ll carry out a physical assessment to ensure its condition is as described. The repair to the watch is then carried out by our master matchmaker.

4. Settle The Invoice, Prior to Return
Once the repair is complete, we’ll send you through your invoice. This will accurately reflect your originally quoted price.

5. Your Watch is Safely Returned
Once the invoice is settled after the completed repair, your watch is safely returned to you.
